We are beyond the law.
"The U.S. Freedom of Information Act does not govern this organization," Switzerland's Ambassador to the UN, Peter Maurer, told Inner City Press on Thursday.

Could it be that "neutral country" is aiming for the position of EXE Director of UNFPA for one of its homourable citizen. Looks like KSA will lose that one.
Inner City Press asked Amb. Maurer for his view, and he answered that Switzerland has "increased its funding to UNFPA, which answers in another way."

congratz to UNDP Watch, Akiko has been told to imlement immediate changes and transparent procurement modalities. She called Jim Provenzano and asked that within one week he should put together a reform package, that will be presented to Dervis and concerned donors.

This is not the end, but at least a great beginning.
