After fulling around and deleting thousand of ACP Waiver of competitive bids (1.4 Billion in Waivers), Kemal Dervis has decided now to have Krishan Batra for his "Kurban-Bairam".
Tomorrow on the first ACP of the year, Kemal is sending the number 2 of Bureau of Management - the former Resident Representative in Syria, Ali Alzatari. Alzatari has been instructed to take over the ACP and re-organize the whole structure.
News from the 21st floor, indicate that Kemal Dervis and his chief of Staff are unhappy with the leakage of the documentation from Procurement Unit, and they are about to dismantle it.
Together with Krishan Batra, there seem to be indications that Dimitri Samaras, ex-officio of ACP as well as President of Staff Union, be removed from ACP.
But would Krishan and Dimitri be the only ones to be sacrified ? Will see.
