Libya's Gaddafi crack down on internet is not the only one - UNDP scared of its corrupt deals - orders the 24/7 spying of all staff computers

Picture of the UNDP's Computer Screen
Management threaten staff that their computers are being monitored
therefore not to dare to leak any "internal secrets"

this is the level of transparency and democracy and freedom of speech at UNDP under Helen Clark's regime

They have mingled and done businesses with dictators, gave money and allowed UNDP's funds and bank accounts to be used by dictators. That's why they fear leaks!

they sponsored and funded police, security apparatus in egypt and the result was - death. UNDP should be put on trial along those who killed and sponsored the death of tens of egyptian demonstrators. UNDP certified to the world that the "capacities and knowledge of Security apparatus of Mubarak was OK" and that they "had high degree of knowledge about human rights".

The failure of Susan Rice and USUN in holding accountable UNDP leadership for their corruption as well as imposing a strict control over their accounts, is putting america at risk everyday now.

Now Helen Clark can proudly say: "Gaddafi aint got nothing on me (her)!

As an "insider" I can only say that UNDP has turned over the years into a "self-servicing" paranoid organization. Staff is being constandly at risk to be surpresseand; free speech is just a phrase. UNDP takes 7-10 % overhead for doing nothing. If the money would be provided to smaller NGO's more good would be done.

fully agree with the last statement. I am also insider!~UNDP is corrupt, non-effective, self servicing organization that instead of firing stupid people keep them rotating from one country office to another. Pathetic
