Haven't we experienced this type of threat some 15 months ago :-)
i can't understand why UNDP doesn't come clean and either reject publicly what this blogger says, or if there is any truth on this blog address it once and for all. We can't allow UNDP's our reputation to be on the line, because as it seem our management wants to hide their past deals.
