A comprehensive list of reports, description of their purpose, and report navigation is needed. The Management Reporting and Monitoring Tools guide, which was previously developed over a year ago, did provide a good amount of information on reports available and data sources. However, it has not been updated for some time and is becoming less useful as new reports are delivered. Providing updated report information can decrease Atlas helpdesk cases as users learn to help themselves. Further, it can increase the accuracy of reporting information to external counterparties, as users will be encouraged to use the right reports and will understand the data behind them.
The Management Reporting and Monitoring Tools guide is being updated and a new version will be released shortly.
