When the executive snapshot is down or clearly showing an error with the latest daily update there appears to be little monitoring and thus the problem is not addressed in a timely manner by OIST. This leads to a loss of confidence in reporting systems, and reduced capacity for monitoring and oversight. There should be a mechanism in place with certain staff and systems to monitor system performance. A red flag should be raised immediately if a reporting system is not working properly and the issue reported to OIST for immediate resolution.
