There are often inaccuracies in reports when released to the user community. This is sometimes the case despite various reports using the same sources. Better quality assurance and testing of the reports is necessary in the future to prevent future occurrences. Furthermore, reports from similar data sources should be reviewed to ensure their criteria are consistent.
