the only way for UNDP to avoid further clauds is to open and make public all internal procurements and audits
setronix never delivered the scanners. SENIAT never gave any reports nor proof of products. UNDP Venezuela never received the goods, since SENIAT was in-charge of it. VIVA NEX !!!
United States should block all payments to UNDP until they agree to allow direct, independent and external oversight. Otherwise Bush will be responsible for funding terorism thru UNDP.
Krishan Batra should be fired. He is directly responsible for this situation.
check UNDP For-The-Record for the first time since one year UNDP is taking a hit, but continue not to answer and provide any proof of whereabouts of scanners and if they were ever delievered.
when you have PROFIT taking care of our financial books - what you expect else ?
kemal dervis is the only responsble here. he should be fired not krishan batra.
VIVA NEX VIVA NEX !!
i totally agree NEX has turned UNDP Latin America in a offshore banking for corrupt leftist governments who use UNDP simply as CASHIER
greeting from brazil. Just saw for first time UNDP WATCH, seem you guys have been quite active in the past. I think you should focus on Brazil as well. You should post an email address where we can send you guys some great corruption deals UNDP is having here in Brazil, with the help of UNEP and GEF. Keep up the good work.
Dont forget UNOPS and their office of Latin America headquartered in Geneva. Millions of dollars of NEX are goign thru UNOPS schemes. Check ATLAS and you'll go nuts about the amounts that go out of the door without any monitoring and oversight.
