CONSULTANCY TO CONDUCT A NEED ASSESSMENTS, BUSINESS CASE ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IEVC ERP SYSTEM
The United Nations
Development programme (UNDP) together with other development partners
have signed a framework of assistance (the project) with the Government
of Kenya and more specifically, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries (IBC) whose overall aims is to enhance the capacity of the IEBC towards the management of free, fair and credible elections in Kenya. The project is funded by various development partners and coordinated by UNDP as a basket fund.
There is increasing
need for organization to automate their periodical process by use of the
most efficient and cost effective tools in the market. While
many software solutions can be purchased off –the shelf, there is need
to have a policy guiding the expected of quality and support standards
of such software.
The long – term solution of the IEBC is an ERP
system to accomplish its internal operations effectively and efficiently
in the following areas:
- · Human Resources Management Assets Management
- · Finance and Procurement Operations Management
- · Fund Management Fleet Management
- · Grants management Risks management

A pre bid conference will be held at the UNDP

Thursday 11th October 2012 at 11. 00 am.
UNDP Kenya reserves the right to accept or reject any submissions.
