A densely worded UN report by the UNDP’s executive board (United Nations Development Programme) the
immediate bosses of former NZ prime minister Helen Clark, says much of
her annual US$5.7 billion (NZ$6.8 billion) budget is only remotely
connected to ending global poverty. It’s being received as a damning
review of her job performance since 2009.
