UNDP Fails to publish Procurement Awards

United Nations Development Programme, a five billion dollars (tax-payers money) has failed continuously to produce evidence of its 2.5 billion a year procurements.

In its website (http://procurement-notices.undp.org/view_awards.cfm) is impossible to get any data on cotract awards and modality of contracting.

Thousand of contracts are being awarded with no competitive bidding and proper procurement. a group of corrupt managers are helding hostage an entire organization.

Staff has repeteadly asked from Kemal Dervis and Ad Melkert to take actions, without any results.

Many say because Kemal and Ad are directly involved in contract "management" and "ensuring transparency".

Until when the public would have to allow these corrupt criminals to go on like this ?

If Ban Ki Moon is serious he should wave all immunities and allow the prosecutors around the world to investigate this Mafia Cove.
