Kemal Dervis prior to become the UNDP Administrator (United Nations Development Programme) , cooperated with a businessman named Necati Yagci in the field of constructions.
Dervis provided many construction projects to Yagci, namely the construction of many Embassies and Security buildings in many countries for US, World Bank, Israel etc.
Dervis and this famous businessman were doing jobs together in this way. Moreover, Yagci took many projects in Turkey as well, namely he got some public projects in order to build school buildings.
Dervis used an extra luxurious office and cars that belonged to Yagci. After the scandal was found out, they made a contract for the building, but it was obvious that it was too late for this.
The Ministry of Education of Turkey stated that an investigation has begun for Yagci and the projects he took over.
Now this mega-affair of Dervis with Yagci is getting to Ban Ki Moon's desk, facing very soon the request from Turkey prosecutors to take away the immunity of Kemal Dervis so he can testimony for his affairs (corrupted ) with Yagci.
Millions of dollars of tax-payers money from both World Bank and Turkey Government were "facilitated" from Dervis to Yagci.
Will Ban Ki Moon release the UN Immunity of Dervis ? to be continued.....
