U.N. SCANDAL: Chinese group linked to Ban Ki Moon's Advisory group on Energy and Climate Change (AGECC) awarded $80 million UN Contract

a group who participates and attends United Nations highest policy committee on Energy and Climate change has been awarded a "Solar Energy Contract" worth $80 Million dollars from no one else but the United Nations.

What insiders call as a major conflict of interest, seem to be a personal move of Kim Won-so, Ban Ki Moon's personal handler, to secure China's support for a second term for Ban Ki Moon.

How can an insider to United Nations highest body on Energy be awarded a $80 million dollars contract? Only Ban Ki Moon can explain.
